The Ryan White Project provides free legal advice to Maryland residents who are HIV-positive or have AIDS and live in Baltimore City or Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, Howard or Queen Anne counties. Proof of residency, income and HIV/AIDS status is required to open a file.
